The previously provided review comments/questions have been addressed. It was noted that the relocated ADA parking space is within 40-feet of the street line of Fitch Hill Road (reference Zoning Regulation 18.8.2). The ADA parking space is proposed at the closest location to the building entrance and the location could be considered a reasonable accommodation for the ADA parking space.
