Site Development Plan and Stormwater Management Report Review
Dear Ms. Burdick,
Per your request Boundaries, LLC. has completed a review of the revised site development plans dated
July 25, 2023 and stormwater management report dated July 31, 2023 and received August 7, 2023 for
the proposed commercial development located at 69 Fitch Hill Road and Leffingwell Road prepared by
Green Site Design, LLC.
The previously provided review comments/questions have been addressed.
It was noted that the relocated ADA parking space is within 40-feet of the street line of Fitch Hill Road
(reference Zoning Regulation 18.8.2). The ADA parking space is proposed at the closest location to the
building entrance and the location could be considered a reasonable accommodation for the ADA parking
space.
