TOWN OF MONTVILLE
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Montville ZBA will hold a public hearing on October 4, 2023 at 6 p.m. at Council
Chambers, Montville Town Hall, 310 Norwich New London Tpke, Uncasville, CT for
the following application: 23ZBA3 – 64 Old Colchester Rd. Ext. (057-027-000),
Oakdale, Owner/Applicant Norman J. Jr & Kelli M. Passarelli for a variance for a 17’
variance of the min. req. 75’ setback to regulated areas per ZR Sec. 5.8.1.i (WRP-160 –
Env. Protection) for a new single-family residence. At this Public Hearing, persons may
be heard & written communications will be received. Copies of the meeting materials are
