Dear Ms. Badalucca:
On behalf of the Owner, The Nevar Company, Solli Engineering is pleased to respond to the Inland Wetlands
Commission comments provided on July 31st, 2023. A response to each comment is provided in bold when applicable.
WEO comments: Revise the Inland Wetlands Application received 7/26/2023 as follows:
1. V. Property Information – Revise Acreage of Property to reflect the acres provided on the above-mentioned
plan set.
The acreage on the application has been revised to 30.66 per the surveyed area.
2. VI. Wetlands and Watercourse Information – Revise Total Acreage of Wetlands on the site to reflect the
acres provided in the narrative.
The acreage of the wetlands listed on the application is correct (1.62 acres).
3. VII. Project Description – Revise to included Review No Regulated Activity and Construction.
The application has been revised to include the Review No Regulated Activity and Construction
section.
4. A) Attach a Detailed Plan of the Proposal and indicate Plan Title and Date – Revise to indicated Plan Title
and Date and remove “included as part of the “Subdivision/Resubdivision Application”.
The application has been revised accordingly.
5. C) Please provide Soil Scientist Report.
We have provided the “On-Site Soil Investigation Report,” prepared by JMM Wetland Consulting
Services, LLC as part of the submission.
6. VIII. Other Information –
• Public Works approval is not required as Route 163 is a state road.
• WPCA approval is not required as public water and sewer is not available.
• Department of Transportation permit is required as Route 163 is a state road.
The Application has been revised to check the appropriate answers for the above agencies.
7. Revise Plan to show 50’ Wetland Regulated area on the following pages:
• Property & Topographic Survey Sheet 1 of 2
• Property & Topographic Survey 2 of 2
• Sheet 1.11
• Sheet 1.12
The 50’ wetland regulated area buffer was added to these sheets.
8. Final Plan shall be signed and sealed by L.S. and Soil Scientist.
The Cover Sheet has been updated to include the appropriate signatures and seals. DGT Associates
has informed us that they only crimp plans and would provide a crimped copy upon receipt of final
plans.
Please review the above response to comments. If you have any further comments or questions, please provide them
at your earliest convenience. We look forward to working with you and the Inland Wetlands Commission to satisfy
any outstanding issues.
