Wednesday, September 6, 2017 at 7:00 pm at Council Chambers at Montville Town Hall.
A copy of the legal notice of public hearing is attached hereto.
Notice to abutting property owners of the public hearing date is required at least 10 days
prior to the hearing (on or before August 27, 2017) by way of certified mail, return
receipt required. Applicants must furnish evidence that appropriate owners of record
have been notified by certified mail and any return receipts obtained shall be provided to
the board on or before the public hearing date.
