The following items need were observed: 1) Canopy is over front setback by 1’. Section 4.10.3.1 exempts architectural features such as roof lines (overhangs). 2) Monitoring well not shown on As-Built. 3) Parking spaces on side of building state 8 vs 7 that are shown on As-Built and verified in field, 2 parking spaces are indicated by dumpster area, however it shows on As-Built as 1 large spot. On-site inspection confirms. 4) Handicap spaces are in a different location than shown on approved site plan. 5) Topo not indicated on As-Built. 6) Plan shows 17 White Spruce, not planted as of 2/22/23 site inspection. 7) As-Built shows two 1,000 Underground LP tanks, plan shows one. 8) Sign is shown 4’ from property line on As-Built, regulations require 10’ which was shown on site plan. 9) Transformer Pad at rear of building, not shown on site plan and encroaches on Drive-Thru lane as shown on approved site plan. 10) Sediment trap is approx.13 feet from property line and larger than shown on approved site plan. 11) Near the well, there is a concrete pad that is not indicated on the approved site plan. 12) In the same location, a chain link fence is indicated on the site plan and the As-Built shows 5 Boulders. 13) Split rail fence is encroaching on State ROW. 14) Debris behind wall in the URA shall be removed. 15) Site is not stabilized with vegetative cover.
