(TWO NEW LOTS) LOT 1 CONTAINS AN EXISTING HOUSE CONSTRUCTION SEQUENCE: HOUSE 1. STAKEOUT LIMITS OF CONSTRUCTION FOR THE DRIVEWAY AND HOUSES. 2. INSTALL SEDIMENTATION CONTROL BARRIERS AS SHOWN ON THE PLAN_ 3. REMOVE EXISTING VEGETATION AND TOPSOIL WITHIN THE LIMITS OF CONSTRUCTION. STOCKPILE TOPSOIL AS SHOWN ON THE PLAN. 4. ROUGH GRADE THE DRIVEWAY AND HOUSE AREA. 5. INSTALL/CONNECT UTILITIES 6. FOLLOWING CONSTRUCTION OF THE HOMES, FINISH GRADE ALL DISTURBED AREAS. 7. LOAM AND SEED ALL DISTURBED AREAS. GENERAL NOTES 1. MAINTAIN ALL SEDIMENT AND EROSION CONTROL FACILITIES UNTIL ALL AREAS HAVE BEEN STABILIZED. 2. LIMITS OF DISTURBANCE AND EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL MEASURES ARE TO BE CONSIDERED AS TYPICAL MINIMUM STANDARDS. THE OWNER AT THE TIME OF CONSTRUCTION WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INSTALLING AND MAINTENANCE OF EROSION AND SEDIEMENT CONTROL AND FOR IMPLEMENTING ADDITIONAL MEASURES AS SITE CONDITIONS WARRANT. 3.
