Dear Ms. Bezanson,
I have placed before the Inland and Wetlands Commission a permit regarding a subdivision of
my property located at 437 Kitemaug Road in Uncasville. I acquired this property through my
mother in 1989.
Unfortunately, after my parents initial purchase of the property in 1952, sections were
erroneously divided. Thus, it is my intention to correct any irregularities that may have occurred
in the past, subdivide the property accordingly, and build a new home.
To my knowledge there are no wetlands that would be disturbed due to my desired site location
of the new home. Additionally, I will be selling the house I currently reside in to relocate to the
new house. I am intentionally keeping the acreage around the new lot “as is” for I am a firm
believer in the preservation of forest lands.
