MAP, MONTVILLE, CONN. 1958, PHOTOREVISED 1970. FIVE FOOT CONTOURS
WERE INTERPOLATED. THE ROAD TOPOGRAPHY WAS VERIFIED IN THE
FIELD.
8. THIS PLAN REPRESENTS THE LOCATION OF THE PROPERTY BOUNDS ON THE
SITE AS OF JUNE 1990. RECORD TITLE AND ADJOINER INFORMATION WAS
OBTAINED FROM THE TOWN OF MONTVILLE LAND RECORDS AS OF MAY 81
1990.
9. PRIOR TO DISTURBANCE ON EACH LOT, OWNER SHALL INSTALL SEDIMENT
FENCE ALONG WETLAND BUFFER, AS SHOWN ON PLAN, AND MAINTAIN IN
PLACE UNTIL WORK IS COMPLETE AND STABLE (I.E. SUFFICIENT PLANT
GROWTH OR OTHER GROUND TREATMENT TO PREVENT EROSION). IF
DISTURBED AREA EXCEEDS 1/2 ACRE, OWNER SHALL SUBMIT EROSION
CONTROL PLAN TO TOWN IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 16.3 OF ZONING
REGULATIONS.
10. LOTS 3B AND 3C SHALL CONNECT SANITARY DISCHARGE TO THE EXISTING
SANITARY SEWER IN CHAPEL HILL ROAD.
11. LOTS 313 AND 3C ARE SHOWN WITH PRIVATE WELLS FOR WATER SUPPLY. IN

SURVEY OF THE WETLAND BOUNDARIES IDENTIFIED ON THE GROUND BY
MICHAEL G. SCHAEFER, CERTIFIED SOIL SCIENTIST ON MAY 249 1990.
14. ANY DISTURBANCE, INCLUDING CLEAR CUTTING, WITHIN 50 FEET OF THE
WETLAND BOUNDARIES SHOWN ,HEREON IS NOT ALLOWED WITHOUT A PERMIT
FROM THE TOWN OF MONTVILLE INLAND WETLANDS COMMISSION.
15. A NEW BITUMINOUS CONCRETE LIP CURB SHALL BE INSTALLED ALONG THE
EXISTING EDGE OF PAVEMENT FOR THE ENTIRE ROAD FRONTAGE OF LOTS 3B
AND 3C. THE COST OF MATERIALS FOR THE NEW CURB IS THE '
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE DEVELOPER AND THE INSTALLATION OF THE CURB
WILL BE DONE BY THE TOWN OF MONTVILLE.
16. A NEW 4' WIDE BITUMINOUS CONCRETE SIDEWALK SHALL BE INSTALLED
ALONG THE FACE OF THE EXISTING STONE WALL FOR THE ENTIRE FRONTAGE

OF LOTS 3B AND 3C. IF POSSIBLE, A GRASSED SNOW SHELF SHALL BE
INSTALLED BETWEEN THE SIDEWALK AND CURB.
