RECORD TITLE AND ADJOINER INFORMATION WAS OBTAINED FROM THE TOWN OF MONTVILLE LAND RECORDS AS OF MAY 81 1990. 9. PRIOR TO DISTURBANCE ON EACH LOT, OWNER SHALL INSTALL SEDIMENT FENCE ALONG WETLAND BUFFER, AS SHOWN ON PLAN, AND MAINTAIN IN PLACE UNTIL WORK IS COMPLETE AND STABLE (I.E. SUFFICIENT PLANT GROWTH OR OTHER GROUND TREATMENT TO PREVENT EROSION).
