Dear Mr. Colonis:
After preliminary review of your application for a Resubdivision of the property located
at 35 Platoz Drive ( Assessor’s Map 33 Lot 17H) the following items need to be
addressed:
1. An authorization letter must be provided for your engineer
2. Name of the property owner across the street must be show on the plans
3. Legend must be shown on the plans and should include but not limited to
a. Markers/pipes to be set
b. Limits of clearing
4. House locations, driveway locations and well locations shall be shown on the plan
5. Deep test pits and percolation test holes must be shown on the plan
6. Location of underground utilities must be shown on the plan
7. Erosion and sediment control measures must be shown on the plan
