SEED APPLICATION
Apply shade seed tolerant gross mix by hand, cyclone seeder or
hydroseeder. Seeding shal I be done between Apr i I I st and June
I st or between August I st and October 1st . If seeding cannot be
done during these times, repeat mulch procedure with an
appl icat ion rate of 30-40 lbs/acre.

Upon approval of individual site plan development, the limits
of deve I opment sho I I b.e es tabl i shed i n the f i e Id for each
proposed structure. Disturbance limits shall be 25-35 feet
beyond the proposed bui Iding and shat I be bounded by stoked
haybales or silt fence.

immediately upon completion of rough grading. Hayboles
and or silt fence shall be used to entrap any sediment
gene rated f rom a xposed so i I surfaces. Dr veway roadbeds

system areas should not be used for traffic or parking. The

Upon 50% of completion of the dwe I I ing construct ion , all raw
soil areas surrounding the new house site shall be fine
graded and mulched. The installation of any groundwater

this time.
