Sewage disposal will be by an on site in ground septic system. 3. Water shall be by on site well. 4. A variance for frontage has been granted under application number 90-20 for property located at 442 Old Colchester Road. A condition of approval ;.s that the created lot, lot 4C, be used only as a single family residence. 5. Any construction activity west of fence will require wetland delineation by a certified soil scientist. Wetland limits were not delineated by a soil scientist and are approximate only. 6.
