EROSION AND SEDIMENTATION CONTROL NARRATIVE:
THE EROSION AND SEDIMENTATION CONTROL FOR SUBJECT
PROPERTY SHALL BE IMPLEMENTED AS FOLLOWS: PRIOR
TO THE INITIATION OF ANY EXCAVATION TO THE DESCRIBED
BUILDING SITE, BALED HAY WILL BE ARRANGED ON THE
DOWNHILL SIDE OF THE EXCAVATION AREA AS IDENTIFIED
BY PLAN DETAIL. THE EROSION AND SEDIMENTATION FENCE
WILL BE MAINTAINED BY THE CONTRACTOR THROUGHOUT THE
CONSTRUCTION PROJECT AND WILL THEN BE REMOVED AFTER
EXCAVATED AREA HAS BEEN REGRADED, SEEDED AND STABILIZED.
AT THIS TIME INITIATION OF CONSTRUCTION HAS NOT BEEN
ESTABLISHED.
SEEDING DIRECTIVES: BETWEEN APRIL 15 L' SEPTE11BER 15 ALL DIS-
TURBED AREA SHALL BE IMMEDIATELY GRADED AND SEEDED TO PROMOTE
STABILIZATION OF SLOPE. SEEDING SHALL BE DONE IN -ACCORDANCE
