NOTICE OF DECISION
The Montville ZBA, at its regular meeting/public hearing on April 5, 2023, took the
following actions: 23ZBA1 – 314 Route 163 (082-062-000), Uncasville,
Owner/Applicant: Michael T. & Gilda L. Steifel for a 10’ variance of ZR Sec. 13.6.1 (I -
front yard setback) to construct a storage building. 23ZBA2 – Lake Drive (108-065-000
& 108-066-000), Oakdale, Owner/Applicant: shot into the dark llc for a 20’ variance of
ZR Sec. 7.6.3 (R-80 - rear yard setback) to construct a single family residence.
