Crowley Subdivision Plan, Property Belonging To John M. & Lynette S. Crowley, 137 Gay Hill
Road, Montville, Connecticut, Zone: R-40, Scale: 1”=40’, Dated: December 6, 2022. Sheet 2 of
4” Plan surveyed and mapped by Florek Surveying, LLC and filed on Montville Land Records.
Beginning at 5/8” iron pipe in the northerly line of Gay Hill Road, said 5/8” iron pipe
being the southwesterly corner of land, now or formerly, of Joseph C. & Cynthia L. Knight and
the southeasterly corner of the herein described parcel;
Thence S 52°-12’-16” W, 25.14’ feet along the northerly line of Gay Hill Road to a point and the
southeasterly corner of land Lot 1 as shown on the above described plan;
Thence N 38°-29’-29” W, 250.26’ feet along said Lot 1 to a point;
Thence N 42°-20’-55” W, 151.60’ feet still along said Lot 1 to a point;
Thence N 34°-39’-23” W, 119.24’ feet to a point;
Thence N 59°-53’-17” W, 92.52’ feet to a point;
Thence N 73°-15’-16” W, 110.39’ feet to a point and Lot 1A;
The preceding three (3) courses being bounded by said Lot 1;
Thence S 82°-31’-53” E, 219.12’ through said Lot 1A to a point and land, now or formerly, of
Leonard A. & Jacqueline M. Szczygiel;
