Gentlemen,
Attached are the plan revisions addressing comments from Colleen Bezanson and TomCummings. Please note the following:
Planner Comments
· I don’t have lot numbers or addresses for proposed lots from the assessor. I’m assuming
this can be addressed on mylars after approval.
· Colleen requested no grading or silt fence in the street ROW. We need to have work in
the ROW to satisfy the town engineer’s requirements.
· The duplicate notes on the subdivision map have been retained. These notes should be
shown on the face of both the subdivision map and property survey.
· All other comments have been addressed as requested.
Town Engineer Comments
· I changed the grading for the driveways to lessen the slope near the road. The culverts
have been moved and changed to 12” pipe.
· The other comments have been addressed as requested.
· I discussed this with Tom and he says it’s primarily driven by the public works director.
