An EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL BOND, in the amount of $12,300.00, is
required for the following property:
APPLICANT: Garrett Homes, LLC
PROPERTY OWNER: MCG Montville, LLC
PROPERTY ADDRESS: 1981 Route 163
PROPERTY MAP & LOT: (099-061-000)
In order for the bond to be accepted, the Town needs the passbook and a signed
withdrawal slip from the applicant(s) for the passbook, in addition to a letter from
Planning and Zoning as to the amount and purpose of the performance bond.
The Applicant's social security number can be used on the savings account, and the Town of Montville must be on the account. The passbook and withdrawal slip must be brought
to the Town's Finance Department by the applicant.
