Please see responses below to your letter.
#1 – Fire Marshall has inspected and has not requested any additional items related to rear access.
#2 – Inspection ports were paved over. Site contractor dug them out and raised to final grade so
they are now available for maintenance/inspection.
#3 – Southerly home driveway entrance is abandoned. Curb and topsoil has been installed.
#4 – Clean outs and manholes have been adjusted to final pavement grade.
#5 – Timber railing is installed for onsite safety of vehicles. Exact size wasn’t available but still
provides level of safety for a private parking lot.
#6 – Contractor installed North American Green C-125. See channel analysis for why this one was
selected as opposed to riprap.
#7 – Site has either been sodded or has seed and erosion control blanket on the steep slopes to
stabilize the site.
#8 – Site contractor has raised and exposed per plan.
#9 – See #7.
Topography isn’t normally included in as-built but if you need it we can add it.
