Please see the overlay plan attached. Original background in (black) and revised layout in green. I
have also attached a clean plan for your review.
The original plan called for a town fire hydrant in the ROW to be relocated to make room for the
driveway. When the contractor/developer called the water company for that work they said it
couldn’t be done. Parts were unavailable and hydrant couldn’t be removed.
We shifted the driveway South a few feet to allow the fire hydrant to remain in place. Truck turning,
sightlines, and safety improvements (striping, signage,..etc) are all still the same. Eversource is being
scheduled to relocate a utility pole.
Can you please review and let me know if you have any questions? Developer is pursing a CO this
week and the town has indicated they want to make sure you are okay with the proposed revisions.
