Attached please find the Coastal Site Plan Modification Review Application for the above
referenced project as discussed this morning. Based on our discussion and Eimy'sacknowledgement of no mandatory referral, I anticipate moving forward to a decision on the
Phase III operational application next week. In reviewing my messages from last week (whenI was away) I note that Colleen called concerning my availability on the 9th and 10th. Please
note that I have a scheduled public hearing in Putnam on the 9th that I must attend and cannotchange. On the 10th, I have a public hearing in Ledyard that I should attend, but will send
Andrew if there are no other alternatives. I assume, based upon Colleen's query, that there is aproblem either due to room availability (the election) or a difficulty in achieving a quorum for
the scheduled meeting on the 8th.
