Enclosed herewith, for your review and comment, please find copies of various deeds, declarations, by-laws, easements, etc. relative to the above-noted proposed cluster subdivision
with interior lots for which applications have been made to the Town of Montville Planning & Zoning Commission for approval. A total of three applications have been received which include
the following:

Copy of the Warranty Deed to the Town of Montville.

Please be advised that I am aware that the majority of the documents are duplicated in each separate application package, but for tracking purposes, I have included the copies as submitted
with their respective applications. For your use, I have also enclosed copy of the project plans. The Planning & Zoning Commission has scheduled the Public Hearings to open on the 27th
of October for all of the applications. Please review the enclosed for legal form and description.
