NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Montville Planning and Zoning Commission will hold Public Hearings on October 27 , 2009 in the Council Chambers, Montville Town Hall, 310 Norwich-New London Turnpike, Uncasville,
CT on the following petitions:
9R Burlake: An application for a Special Permit for a 40 Lot Cluster Subdivision located on the property at 120 Gay Hill Road, Uncasville, CT As shown on Assessor’s Map 23 Lot 3.
9R Burlake: An application for a Special Permit for proposed interior lots located on the property at 120 Gay Hill Road, Uncasville, CT As shown on Assessor’s Map 23 Lot 3.
9R Burlake: An application for a 40 Lot Subdivision located on the property at 120 Gay Hill Road, Uncasville, CT As shown on Assessor’s Map 23 Lot 3.
The Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. At these hearings interested persons may appear and be heard and written communications will be received. Copies
of the map and application are on file in the Office of the Town Planner, Montville Town Hall, for public inspection.
