Comments:
The septic system on the Rodigou property, 28 Swanty Johnson Road must be located.
The sewer mains, sewer laterals, and force mains must be approved pipe from Tables 2-A, 2-B and 2-D of the CT Public Health Code’s Technical Standards.
Lot 12 – The well is less than the required 25 feet from the drain outlet.
Lot 13 - The well is less than the required 25 feet from the drain outlet.
Lot 16 - The well is less than the required 25 feet from the both the drain outlet and the roof drain outlet.
Lot 17 - The well is less than the required 25 feet from the roof drain outlet.
Lot 18 - The well is less than the required 25 feet from the roof drain outlet.
Lot 19 - The well is less than the required 25 feet from the drain outlet.
Lot 23 -The well is less than the required 25 feet from the drain outlet.
Lot 25 - The well is less than the required 25 feet from the drain outlet.
Lot 30 -The well is less than the required 25 feet from the drain outlet.
Lot 33 – The drain outlet and the well must be staked by a licensed surveyor to ensure the required 25 feet separating distance is maintained.
Lot 40 - The well is less than the required 25 feet from the drain outlet.
A maintenance plan for the ponds should be developed to prevent any stagnation of the water that may result in a mosquito nuisance.
