Re: 120 Gay Hill Road Subdivision
Dear Mr. George:
At this time it has been noticed that tree removal has begun on the property located at 120 Gay Hill Rd (Assessor’s Map 23 Lot 3). Prior to the start of any activity on the property
proper erosion and sediment controls must be in place. This includes, but is not limited to: silt fence, orange construction fence and woodchips. At this time the above noted items need
to be in place before any further activity can take place. Failure to provide adequate erosion and sediment control measures within 5 days of the receipt of this letter may result in
a Cease and Desist from the Planning and Zoning Commission as well as the Inland Wetlands Commission.
