Copy of the Warranty Deed from 9R Burlake to Gay Hill Road Subdivision Homeowner’s Association, Inc. Copy of the Declaration and Grant of Conservation Easement in favor of the Town of Montville. Copy of the Warranty Deed to Frank Malloy, Trustee. Copy of the Warranty Deed to the Town of Montville. Copy of the Warranty Deed to the Town of Montville. Cluster Subdivision application. Please be advised that I am aware that the majority of the documents are duplicated in each separate application package, but for tracking purposes, I have included the copies as submitted with their respective applications. For your use, I have also enclosed copy of the project plans. The Planning & Zoning Commission has scheduled the Public Hearings to open on the 27th of October for all of the applications.
