Kirby, R.S., Chief Environmental sanitarian Project Name: 9R Burlake Rd, LLC Project Location: 120 Gay Hill Road Comments: 1) The septic system(s) on the Videll property are to be located or the wells on lots 1 and 2 are to be located 75 feet from the property line. 2) The yield from the wells is to be restricted to less than 10 gallons per minute unless the wells are 75 feet from any sewer line, 150 feet from a sewage pump, and 50 feet from any drain. 3) The wells on lots 5, 8, 9, 10, and 28 must be a minimum of 75 feet from the 1000 gallon pump chamber, and the yield from the wells must be less than 10 gallon per minute. 4) As much of the 75 feet protective well radius as possible should be on the lot served, or overlap with the well radius on an adjacent lot. 5) All building sewers and force mains must be approved pipe from Tables No. 2-A and 2-D of the Technical Standards for Subsurface Sewage Disposal Systems. Sewer mains must be approved pipe from Table No. 2-B and 2-D. 6) No floor drains can be installed in the basement of houses with sewage pumps in the basement. 7) A maintenance plan for the ponds should be required to prevent any stagnation of the water that may result in a mosquito hazard.
