Colleen,
I reviewed the plans. Here are my findings:
1. There is a dry hydrant listed on Beacon Dr. No indications for a body of water. There are
ponds listed on the plans, which I take to be man-made when constructing the development.
Are these going to be static ponds or ground fed? How far of a draw for the dry hydrant?
2. The emergency access gate is shown on the drawings, however, no indication how it will be
secured or how access will be obtained.
3. There is no dimensions for the cul-de-sacs. I need those to insure it will accommodate the
Town’s Ladder Truck.
