Hi Colleen. No comments from the WPCA regarding both proposed residential developments
(Gay Hill and Monahan). Prior approval by the WPCA was made for each residential
development; however, I only saw the Gay Hill WPCA notes. The sewer mains and support are
adequate to support the expected discharges. The WPCA Engineer has also reviewed the

Yes both links are for gay hill rd. As Liz explained although there are two applications –
22SUB2 & 22SP1- it’s one project for your review purposes, a 29-Lot Cluster Resubdivision.We are working on putting the plan on the web but are having some computer issues so that is
why I sent it as an attachment.
