Subject:Monahan Drive and Beacon lane

Hello Liz
I have looked at the plans for Monahan drive and beacon road. Here are my comments.
Sheet 11 The turnaround at the end of Monahan drive should be tied into Swanty Johnson road
as an intersection for the general public to use.
Sheet 12 Between lots 14 &15 The pipe between the lot should be size up to 24”.
Sheet 9 Between lot 19&20 we need a 20’ right of way between the properties. I know we
will have a gravel driveway to maintain that is only 10’ wide
Sheet 6 I’m concerned about the amount of deeded right of way on the back of this property
that the town would have. I should be noted on the deed that there is a right of way for the town to
be able to maintain the retention pond behind this property. After people move in we could have
problems.
I would also like to make sure the property boundaries a clearly marked.
