EXISTING CONDITIONS: 410-412 Maple Avenue aka Rockland Overlook Industrial Condos is an Industrial Park developed with various industrial uses. PROPOSAL: Application proposes a 4000SF “Industrial Garage for Tree Service Trucks and Equipment” and associated site improvements in the northwesterly portion of the site aka 412 Maple Avenue. NEW STAFF COMMENTS: The Applicant, on 3/15/22, submitted a letter requesting the PZC table its application to the 4/26/22 Regular meeting as “drainage design work and other items are being completed and would prefer to give you and your staff adequate time for reviewing the same.” In addition to that request, the applicant is granting the PZC an extension of time (28 days) to do so. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Accept the granting of an extension of time and table the application to the 4/26/22 Regular meeting. It should be noted that there are no further extensions of time available for this this application. Please contact me with any questions.
