PROPOSAL: Application proposes a 4000SF “Industrial Garage for Tree Service Trucks and Equipment” and associated site improvements in the northwesterly portion of the site aka 412 Maple Avenue. INLAND WETLANDS COMMISSION: App. submitted to Montville IWC was received at its spec. meeting on 1/6/2022, tabled to 1/20/22 meeting, tabled to 2/17/22 reg. meeting. Applicant, on 1/24/22, granted an extension of time and requested the IWC table the application to its 3/17/22 reg. meeting in order to submit drainage calculations for review by Town Engineer. Note 6 – Please provide a copy of the referenced driveway easement and maintenance agreement. 2. Sheet 1 Driveway Easement Area is not shown past the boundary line of 410 Maple Avenue.
