EXISTING CONDITIONS: 410-412 Maple Avenue aka Rockland Overlook Industrial Condos
is an Industrial Park developed with various industrial uses.
PROPOSAL: Application proposes a 4000SF “Industrial Garage for Tree Service Trucks and
Equipment” and associated site improvements in the northwesterly portion of the site aka
412 Maple Avenue.
INLAND WETLANDS COMMISSION: App. submitted to Montville IWC was received at its
spec. meeting on 1/6/2022, tabled to reg. meeting on 1/20/22, tabled 2/17/22 reg.
meeting. Applicant, on 1/24/22, granted an extension of time and requested the IWC to
table the application to its 3/17/22 reg. meeting in order to submit drainage calculations
for review by Town Engineer.
UNCAS HEALTH DISTRICT: Application, plans & supporting documents referred 01/25/22.
STATE OF CT DEPT. OF HEALTH: N/A.
