The applicant is proposing to develop 22 unit multi-family including renovation and conversion of single-family residence to a multi-family residence. The proposed development of this project will disturb 0.00 sqft of upland review area. Applications, plans and supporting documents were submitted on 1/25/2022 and were referred to Staff. Wetland Delineation report was received on 2/14/2022 and forwarded to Soil Scientist for review and comment. Significant Impact Where uses/proposals are determined to meet the criteria of a significant impact as defined in the Regulations, a public hearing must be scheduled by the IWC. If the Commission determines a permit is required, the IWC shall table the application to the March 17, 2022 meeting for a decision.
