EXISTING CONDITIONS: The six (6) properties involved in this application are located on
Route 32 in the C-1 and OZ zone as follows:
1. 1967 Rte. 32 (Map 99/Lot 68) is located on .44-acres (19,166SF) of land and is
developed with a single-family dwelling.
2. Route 32 (Map 99/Lot 64) is located on .91-acres (39,640SF) of vacant land and
appears to be an old paper street. Further research/info is required.
3. 1981 Rte. 32 (Map99/Lot 61) is located on .46-acres (20,038SF) of land and is
developed with a single-family dwelling.
4, 5 & 6. Route 32 (Map/Block 99/62, 66 & 67) are all located on .22 acres (9,583SF)
of vacant land.
PROPOSAL: Application states “The proposed activity includes construction of a +/-10,700
[SF] retail building with new paved parking and loading areas, site lighting, concrete
walkways, stormwater management system, associated utilities and landscaping.”
INLAND WETLANDS COMMISSION: No referral required no on-site wetlands/upland areas.
