Colleen, the easement is satisfactory as to form, with two caveats. First, there is a reference to Lot 33/17L instead of to Lot 17/33K in the "To Have And To Hold" clause on page two.
Second, paragraph 11 mentions the Stonington rather than the Montville Land Records.
