Mr: Allen:
I emailed the Chairman and told him how you planned on putting fabric on
the slope and then sod for the top. His response was that the slope is
to be stabilized with grass not mulch and no fabric is to be used. In
addition if grading means pulling soil back from the edge & leveling
that’s OK, but if grading means pushing soil over the edge, that’s not
what the permit covered. Hope this answers your questions.
