letter that indicates the permit fee. You will be receiving the official

Ms. Santacroce:
During the March 20, 2008 meeting of the Inland Wetlands Commission your application clearing of trees within a regulated area for the use as pasture on the property located at 45 Ortega
Drive, Oakdale, Ct. As shown on Assessor’s Map 29 Lot 113, was approved by the Commission with Conditions.
The condition of your permit:
No trees shall be removed that abut any wetland or watercourse
Before the permit is issued, the following fee must be paid to the Town of Montville:
Basic Fee - $45.00
State Fee - $30.00
Wetlands Fee – $5.00
Total Fee - $80.00
If the fee is not paid within 90 days then this permit will be revoked.
