Re: Special Permit for a 169 unit age restricted active adult community located on the Southwesterly side of Old Colchester Rd. (Assessor’s Map 36 Lot 5 and Map 28 Lot 3-14)
Dear Attorney Heller: Under Public Act 11-5, the expiration date for the Special Permits have been extended for
an additional (5) five years. Therefore your application for a 169 unit age restricted active
adult community located on the Southwesterly side of Old Colchester Rd. (Assessor’s Map 36 Lot 5 and Map 28 Lot 3-14) will now expire on October 10, 2015.
