The Montville Zoning Board of Appeals at its meeting held on March 2, 2005,
took the following action:
205-ZBA-1: Donna M. Terry: An application for a variance of Section 9.6.2, side yard
setback from 40 feet to 19.3 feet for a multi-family building on the property located at
33,35 & 37 Depot Road and 32, 34 & 36 Maple Avenue Ext., Uncasville, CT. As shown
on Assessor’s Map 70 Lot 58. APPROVED
205-ZBA-3: Lou Gaedt: An application for a variance of Section 9.6.1, front yard
setback from 40 feet to 34 feet for the construction of a single family residence on the
property located at 1206 Old Colchester Road, Oakdale, CT As shown on Assessor’s
Map 36 Lot 6-1. DENIED
205-ZBA-4: Town of Montville Public Works Department: An application for a variance
of Section 15.A.6, side yard setback from 15 feet to 5 feet to allow for the construction of
a new maintenance building on the property located at 225 Maple Avenue, Uncasville,
CT. As shown on Assessor’s Map 77 Lots 41, 42 and 43A. WITHDRAWN
Maps and documentation concerning the above applications are on file in the
office of the Planning Department, Montville Town Hall, Montville, CT.
