LEGAL NOTICE
The Montville Planning and Zoning Commission will held a public hearing on May 25, 2004
in the Council Chambers, Montville Town Hall on the following petition:
Growing Garden Nursery School: Special Permit to convert a single family home into a
nursery school serving more than 6 children on the property located at 668 Old Colchester
Road, Uncasville, Ct. As shown on Assessor’s Map 22 Lot 14
The Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. At this hearing
interested persons may appear and be heard and written communications will be received. A
copy of the application is on file in the office of the Town Planner, Montville Town Hall, 310
Norwich-New London Turnpike, Uncasville for public inspection.
