The lines Tom was referring to are the underground electric and utilities.
The two plans are in the same drawing and when plotting the 10 scale these lines are enlarged.
I will fix it. And yes, the note states that existing cottage to be used as storage/shed.
I will get Mike Schaefer to sign the updates plans and get them to you.

They have addressed comments #2 and 3. Comments #1 and #4 were more just informational assuming the Wetlands Commission doesn’t need them to show grading and location of the septic
system for the house since it is out of the review area.
I think there is some superfluous text/lines around the note about the gravel driveway. Just needs to be cleaned up on the drawing I think.
