the following action:
Seabird Enterprises: An application for a variance on property located on 129
Massapeag Side Road, Montville, Ct. Shown on Assessor’s Map 42 Lot 29.
DENIED
Harold & Lorre Branstrom Jr.: An application for a variance to construct a
carport 8 feet from the property line on property located at 12 Joy Lane,
Montville, Ct. Shown on Assessor’s Map 30 Lot 43-58. DENIED
Maps and documentation concerning the above applications are on file in the office of the Town Planner and Town Clerk, Town Hall Annex (836 Old Colchester Rd.) and Town Hall, respectively, Montville, Ct.
