applicaiton and a presentation can be made. However they usually do not
vote on an application till the second or third meeting.

Good morning, Hope the snow hasn't kept you snowed in too much. I am
in the process of completing the application package for the proposed
booster pump station on Maple Avenue. How many copies would you like
and when would the meeting be held to discuss this? I assume you will

I hope you don't mind me bothering you again with some additional
questions. I am new to this project we are doing for the Town
(Montville booster station) on Maple Avenue. We had a wetland's permit
for the installation of the water mains and the booster station. The
permit was granted in 2005 by Colleen Bezanson and unfortunately
expired June 16, 2010. Will we need a new permit for the booster
station or can we file and extension/modification for what was
originally submitted and approved? Any help would be most appreciated.
We have drawings of the approved booster station and the wetlands were
redelineated in 2009 so I know that we are up-to-date with that.

Good morning:
The Inland Wetlands Permit applications, along with all other
applications for matters that are handled through this office, can be
found on the Town’s website on the Planning Department page under Site
Development Guidelines which I have also attached for your use. The
Regulations that you have in hand are the current regulations. The
Inland Wetlands Regulations are not on the Town’s website at this time.
The Commission has been working on revising them, but they still have a
long way to go before they will have a draft of the proposed
regulations. Please feel free to check with us as to the status of the
revision process or you could also check the Town’s website for the
Commission meeting minutes. Please let me know if you should need
anything further.
