Normally we have the signature on the plan, but I can make it a
condition. This will not hold it up since I will explain the other
sketches in the app. In addition I will also include the seal and
signature of the engineer in the conditions as well.

scientist's report. For tonight Sarah I would just bring a copy of the
submitted permit. Colleen has site plans mounted on foam board that I
