Next step would be to place a note on the plans indicating the condition
of the permit which was the planting area around the vernal pool and
plants to be planted.

I did review my calculations. The .4 should be acres and it is the total
disturbance of project. The area of disturbance within the 50' buffer is
about 1600 sq. ft. most of yhat being the installation of silt fence.

As I was writing the notice of decision for Michelle Lavigne I noticed
that you put .4 as the disturbance area in square feet. I believe you
mean .4 acres but I need to check. Please let me know as soon as
