Here is all my correspondence with Ed. I am not happy with his handling of the problem and concerned since no temporary fencing.

I know you had Dilbert come out yesterday after Loreen called you, but I not secure with how the water problem was fixed. I now have a wet mound of soil behond the trailer and my bedroom.
I was told that this a permanent fix and I unhappy with the answer. I am attaching pictures of the water before and after the trench was dug. I am now living with a mound of dirt
