A second check for $30.00, made payable to the Town of Montville would be needed in order to copy the site plan maps and send them along with the rest of your requested information. M62L11 with two apartment buildings and 91 Leffingwell Rd. M62L23 with sixteen apartment buildings on it, both in the same Zoning District. The Town Clerks Office also has six maps on record, the cost to reproduce the maps would be $5.00 each. Currently for the Planning and Zoning Department the cost for Zoning Compliance and property information is $75.00 and would be paid in check form, made out to the Town of Montville and mailed to us at the address below. If you need the maps on record also the cost would be $105.00. If you have any questions please call me at the number below. Again, once we receive the check we will send the information out to you via email what we can and via USPS regular mail.
