Since this property is considered legal nonconforming I wanted to know what section speak to rebuild rights. I looked through the code and could not find a section that speaks about if the property were to be damaged or destroyed, how it could be rebuilt. I did see that in previous code there was a section stating this information, but I can’t seem to find it now. If you can help me with this information I would appreciate it.
