Can you please share a copy with Tom since I think he may need it for our Zoning meeting tomorrow night? The Owners will provide Tom with the notice to abutters receipts tomorrow night at the Zoning meeting. On the revised plans that I dropped off last week, I noticed 1 error…the surveyor’s draftsman noted “Stacked Hay Bales” instead of a single row of bales which was requested at our last Wetlands meeting. His detail on the page two shows the stacked bales which should be a single row. How should we correct this error? Revise the plans before the next Wetlands meeting (perhaps by hand?) or can we simply address it at the meeting and clarify via comment in the anticipated approval? Please advise.
