Please find attached the Town Engineer Comments for your project at 34
Lakewood Drive
1. The submission does not include design calculations for
the proposed stormwater facilities. Until such time as the necessary
design documents have been submitted, a complete review of the proposed
stormwater system cannot be performed.
2. Additional sedimentation fence should be added along the
northeast property line to prevent siltation of the adjacent wetland
area during construction.
3. Pipe sizes for the storm drainage facilities should be
indicated on the Grading and Utilities Plan.
4. A standard detail should be provided for the proposed
sedimentation structure.
