That is my understanding. However, the Commission makes the decisions,
and they have been known to change their minds at the last minute. I
will request that they have as a condition of approval for Health
Comments. I can not say if it a good idea for you to come to the meeting
or not, because I never know what type of mood they are going to be in.

Thank you for forwarding the Town Engineers (favorable) letter to us.
As the Town's Engineer would have "no objection" to an approval, we
request that Commission act favorably on the application.
As we've indicated, this can be conditional on health department
approval of septic system and zoning approval, which are both required
in any event. We understand if the septic system were to move,
modification to the plan would be needed, and we would seek approval by
the commission of the changed location.
As this lot is an approved subdivided lot we are confident on-site
septic will work and only domestic sewage will be discharged to it.
As we had indicated to the Commission, the septic system is quite small
and should be readily approvable after "updated" perc tests/deep test.
Unless you saw a need, we wouldn't go to the meeting as the Commission
had little to say and I understood that the Town's Engineer "sign-off"
is what they were waiting for. Is this your understanding as well.
